Infor VISUAL Functional/Technical Business Analyst – Production Support
Remote
(Contract, 6 months)

We are seeking a Senior Functional/Technical Business Analyst with deep expertise in Infor VISUAL (version 9 required; currently on 9.0.8) to provide production support in a heavily customized environment. This role will support day‐to‐day operations, triage and resolve tickets, manage access requests, and help analyze and troubleshoot issues across multiple VISUAL modules.
