Job description

Sr. Healthcare Business Analyst
Location: Minneapolis, MN (100% Remote)
Duration: 12+ Months

Requirements:
  1. Work with business stakeholders and partners to help identify and understand their requirements within the scope of a project.
  2. Generate and build complete user stories and/or deep functional requirements that are sufficient to capture the essence of what is being asked, why it is important and who benefits from the effort.
  3. Ensure that requirements clarify the business value and are accessible and understandable to any team member or stake holder
  4. Engage with the product team towards defining a solution that addresses the requirements in a way that will be satisfying to our stakeholders.
  5. Produce artifacts that may include feature definitions, user stories, flow-charts, swim-lanes, SIPOCS, and feasibility studies
  6. Assist with data analysis in support of issue resolution or solution options on highly complex projects
  7. Working with the Scrum Master and Product Owner, the BA is responsible for keeping the team and business stakeholders on track for meeting commitments
  8. Appropriate, timely and polished communication.

Skills:
  1. Ability to conduct focused interviews, document and prioritize requirements, manage scope, focus on business value, and provide supporting visual documentation
  2. Industry knowledge of tools, techniques and industry best-practices for performing data analysis, business process flows and supporting documentation
  3. Communication (written/verbal) and organizational skills that support an advanced ability to communicate effectively with various levels of management and to gain cross-functional support.
