Job description

Job Title: Claims Analyst – STD/LTD (FINEOS Required)
Location: Remote (EST Hours)
Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 Base

Job Requirements:

2+ years of experience handling Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) claims.
Hands-on experience with FINEOS is required.
Strong understanding of disability claims adjudication and claims processing.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment during EST business hours.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred:

Experience with disability insurance carriers or TPAs.
Knowledge of ERISA and disability claims regulations.
