Job description

Job Summary:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Administrative Support Specialist with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools. This role combines traditional administrative responsibilities with creative support, assisting in the development of visually engaging documents, presentations, and communications. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing administrative tasks with light design work. Active Secret clearance or higher required.

This position features a combination of remote work and national travel.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Prepare, format, and edit reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or similar tools to create and enhance marketing materials, internal communications, and presentations
  • Maintain and organize digital files, records, and documentation systems
  • Assist with the creation of visual content for proposals, reports, newsletters, and social media as needed
  • Support data entry, tracking, and reporting using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and team activities
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication
  • Review documents for accuracy, consistency, and branding standards
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing correspondence, and supporting team projects
