Job description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Developer to design, develop, and maintain solutions within the Oracle Fusion ERP environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in ERP modules and hands-on experience with integrations, workflow approval rules, and data migration. This role will collaborate closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, and IT leadership to deliver scalable and efficient ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, and develop solutions across Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM), Procurement, and/or Project Portfolio Management modules
  • Build and maintain OTBI, BIP, and FRS reports; develop custom extracts and data models
  • Develop and support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations connecting Fusion ERP to third-party systems
  • Create and maintain FBDI/ADFDI templates for data conversion and ongoing data loads
  • Write and support Oracle BI Publisher reports, Groovy scripts, and Application Composer extensions
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis, solution design workshops, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support
  • Provide post-go-live production support and troubleshoot issues across functional and technical layers
  • Support quarterly Oracle Cloud releases, testing new features, and validating post-deployment results.
  • Perform technical impact analysis, troubleshoot issues, and provide root-cause analysis for production incidents.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into design and technical specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise IT standards, data privacy, and security protocols.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

  • Qualifications & Skills
  • 4–8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP development and support.
  • Strong functional knowledge in one or more modules: Financials (GL/AP/AR/FA), Procurement, or Projects
  • Proficiency in BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and SQL for reporting and data extraction
  • Experience with FBDI/ADFDI data migration templates and Oracle REST/SOAP web services
  • Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for building integrations and orchestrations
  • Solid understanding of Oracle's security model (roles, data access, row-level security)
  • Strong English communication skills β€” written and verbal β€” for direct client engagement
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks across multiple concurrent projects
  • Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and familiarity with XML, XSLT, and JSON.
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with VBCS preferred

  • Preferred Certifications (Optional)
  • Oracle Cloud ERP Certified Implementation Specialist.
  • Oracle Integration Cloud Certification.
  • Location: Remote from Non-India locations (We are unfortunately not able to hire in India for this project)
     
    Work Schedule: US Eastern time zone work hours initially. Work hours may be adjusted at a future date after trust has been established.
     
    Employment Type: Full time/contract with 1 year initial duration

    Compensation: $10 - $20/hr USD
