Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Booking Coordination Specialist to assist with managing reservations and coordinating client booking requests. This role focuses on ensuring all booking details are handled accurately, timelines are met, and clients receive a smooth and efficient experience.

This is a fully remote position ideal for individuals who are organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a structured, client-focused environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate booking requests, reservations, and scheduling details
  • Review and verify booking information for accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate confirmations, updates, and follow-ups with clients

  • Monitor timelines to ensure all arrangements are completed on schedule
