About the Opportunity:
We are a dynamic cryptocurrency exchange expanding our B2B marketing operations. We are seeking a versatile Marketing Manager who can function as a true generalist—capable of conducting research, strategic planning, ideation, and hands-on execution—to drive our B2B initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with our B2B team to develop campaigns, attend industry events, and engage with key stakeholders in fintech, payments, cloud banking, and SaaS. This opportunity is ideal for candidates based in Taiwan, Singapore, or Hong Kong.

Responsibilities
  • Research & Planning: Conduct in-depth market research, via online or offline events to identify trends and opportunities in the fintech, payments, cloud banking, and SaaS sectors. Develop strategic marketing plans tailored to our B2B audience.
  • Ideation & Execution: Generate creative ideas for campaigns and marketing initiatives; oversee the entire execution process from concept to delivery.
  • Team Liaison: Collaborate closely with the B2B team to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.

  • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven marketing background with hands-on experience as a generalist—capable of handling research, planning, ideation, and execution.
  • Prior experience in industries such as fintech, payments, cloud banking, or SaaS is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong event management skills and a willingness to attend industry events.
  • Must be based in Taiwan, Singapore, or Hong Kong.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
