This is a remote position.

Climate Collective Foundation is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting climate tech startups. We work within the climate ecosystem to foster innovation by connecting startups with funding, investors, education, and accelerator programs. Our remote team of 40 members operates collaboratively to drive impactful, sustainable solutions for climate-related challenges.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic an

·        4-6 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in clean energy or industry decarbonisation sectors.

·        Exposure to startups, accelerators, or innovation ecosystems is a significant advantage.

·        Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs or projects with multiple stakeholders.

·        Familiarity with program management tools and methodologies.

Skills Required

·        Experience managing teams or leading initiatives.

·        Strong organizational and decision-making capabilities.

·        Passion for climate action, clean energy, and decarbonisation is a plus

·        Understanding of startup dynamics, including funding, business models, and technology development is a plus

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented mindset.

·        Most importantly we like people who are entrepreneurial, and intrinsically motivated about working in the clean energy and the industry decarbonisation space.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead audits and manage statutory requirements.

d motivated Associate to manage and execute programs under Climate Challenges and ElectronVibe. This role is ideal for a professional with strong program/project management expertise, some experience managing teams or initiatives, and a keen interest in startups and innovation in the clean energy and decarbonisation sectors.

You will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of impactful programs designed to accelerate climate tech solutions and support ecosystem growth in India and beyond.

Key Responsibilities 

  • ·        Plan, execute, and oversee the delivery of programs under Climate Challenges and ElectronVibe.
  • ·        Ensure all program milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met. 
  • ·        Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • ·        Liaise with startups, corporate partners, funding organizations, and other ecosystem players.
  • ·        Implement robust tracking mechanisms to measure program success and impact.
  • ·        Work closely with startups participating in the programs to understand their needs, provide support, and connect them with relevant opportunities.
  • ·        Manage and guide junior team members or program associates involved in program delivery.
  • ·        Facilitate collaboration across teams to maintain alignment on goals and deliverables.
  • ·        Prepare reports on program performance, insights, and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
  • ·        Analyse program data to derive actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.
