Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant - AI Solutions EPM, you will play a key strategic and operational role, combining EPM expertise with cutting-edge AI technologies. Your responsibilities will include developing and scaling AI-based Jedox solutions, driving the transformation of our Implementation Services and supporting clients as a technical expert and trusted advisor in creating real value through AI-powered planning.
Driving AI transformation: Taking the lead in introducing generative AI, AI agents and automation in delivery.
Scaling AI methods: Elaborate, evaluate and implement consulting approaches on a global scale
Evaluating new technologies: Assess the relevance of AI tools and frameworks for projects and internal processes, and determine how they can be used to improve efficiency and productivity.
Optimise delivery: Elevate the efficiency of your projects, documentation and customer experience by adopting AI.
Developing AI assets:Create templates, accelerators and frameworks that can be repurposed and reused.
Work cross-functionally: Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Leadership on AI initiatives.
Enabling teams: Enable other consultants and establish best practices for AI implementation.
Establish AI governance: Define standards for the responsible and effective use of AI and ensure that these standards are applied consistently.
Implementing customer solutions: Develop and implement AI-powered Jedox solutions, providing support in the role of trusted advisor.
Your Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
Extensive experience (5+ years) in consulting, enterprise software implementation, business planning, analytics, or similar customer-facing roles.
Strong hands-on experience with generative AI platforms (including Claude AI) and advanced prompt engineering techniques.
Proven experience designing or implementing AI-powered workflows, agent-based systems, knowledge retrieval solutions, or automation frameworks.
Background in customer-facing consulting, solution architecture, or implementation roles.
Solid understanding of planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and performance management processes.
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to build bridges between business and technology.
Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.
Fluency in German, Business fluent in English.
