ABOUT THE POSITION 

Allergy Research Group® (ARG), seeks a dedicated Sales Representative to join our Sales team. In this role, you will engage with Health Care Practitioners, fostering relationships and introducing them to our supplement products. 

 You will represent Allergy Research products to healthcare practitioners in a designated territory by establishing key relationships and providing consultative selling solutions. You will offer tailored solutions to Health Care Practitioners, addressing their specific needs and challenges. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving sales, will be proactive in their approach, solution focused, and an energetic self-starter.  

 

Location / Travel: Remote in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, or North Carolina with the ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.  

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Increase the visibility and awareness of ARG’s product offerings within assigned territory 
  • Grow HCP customer base and maintain relationships with existing clients 
  • Meet with healthcare practitioners to learn more about their practices to strategically sell our products in a consultative manner using a science-based approach 
  • Educate, support and encourage prescribers to recommend ARG products  
  • Educate customers on how products can benefit their practice  
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth 
  • Meet & exceed sales targets and quota, measured in terms of total revenue generated 

Requirements

 REQUIREMENTS 

  • Minimum 3 years consultative outside sales experience with proven success   
  • Sales experience within Integrative HCP, Medical Device, Dermatology, or Women’s Health strongly desired  
  • Demonstrated sales success in a previous inside or outside sales role 
  • Proven ability to accurately document sales activities, update records, and generate required reports. 
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas 
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Results-oriented, highly organized, problem solver with attention to details   
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory 30% of the time 
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms; HubSpot experience preferred. 

 

Benefits

PERKS & BENEFITS 

The annual base salary range for this position is $70,000-$75,000 USD/year. This role is eligible to participate in ARG’s commission plan with on-target earnings of $100,000-$120,000. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to: location, education, skills, training, and experience.
