This is your chance to provide in-Cathlab case support to facilitate and support technology/product adoption and usage. Differentiate potential of MDT products during the procedure. Create adoption/demand from clinical stakeholders and build relationships with clinicians. Develop towards delivering a comprehensive training and education value offering.
This role actively offers clinical/case support where needed and will be measured against a SIP Incentive.

This position is based in Cape Town.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Provides clinical and technical support to sales representatives, other sales functions, and customers.
  • Provides clinical and technical expertise through case support, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company products.
  • May provide follow-up support to company sales staff and customer personnel by providing technical support and information on specific applications.
  • Conducts on-site education and consulting and supports establishment and maintenance of customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations.
  • Coordination with Field Sales Rep to ensure smooth adoption of MDT technology.
  • Area of focus would be product/disease focus, linked to the Operating Unit.
  • Focus on clinically driven accounts with a need for onsite support.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor of Health Sciences in Clinical Technology – Cardiology
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in this field of expertise 
  • Relevant product and industry knowledge 
  • Experience with relevant software applications
