Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Remote (South Africa) – US Hours (9am-5pm EST)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

ReWorks Solutions is seeking a proactive and skilled Recruiter to join our growing team. This role entails managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding, supporting our efforts to attract top talent across various departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and experience with contemporary recruitment tools and practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Review applications and conduct initial screening to assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate effectively between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system records and recruitment databases.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide consultative recruitment support.
  • Regularly report recruitment metrics and progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems and MS Office suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment across US time zones.
