Job Title: Data Processor

Job Type: Full-time

Starting Salary: $14-16/hr DOE 

Work Location: Remote, however you must be located in the western United States for consideration.

Job Description:

 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Data Processor. As a Data Processor, you will be responsible for inputting data into our company software, creating training modules, and various projects assigned to us by other departments within the company. We are looking for someone who enjoys working closely with peers on a small team, has an affinity for accuracy and efficiency, and has the drive to learn and apply new concepts quickly. Starting pay for this position is $14-16/hr

Responsibilities

  • Inputting data into the company software accurately and efficiently
  • Assist in creating and maintaining training modules for new employees
  • Assisting other departments with various projects and tasks as assigned
  • Ensuring data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date
  • Communicating effectively with team members and other departments within the company
  • Utilizing Excel to organize and manipulate data
  • Process nonstandard files upon request

Preferred Skills

  • General knowledge of Excel/ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Enjoy working closely with peers on a small team
  • Can work independently to investigate inconsistencies and resolve them
  • Willing to adapt your work to fit the changing needs of the company
  • An affinity for accuracy and efficiency
  • Ability to coordinate with others for small and/or daily projects.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
