Your responsibilities

You turn customer insights, product benefits, and performance data into creative concepts that drive measurable business growth while mantaining brand consistency and building brand equity.
You will work closely with our Performance and Brand Team to develop creative strategies that strengthen both brand and conversion performance.

What You'll Do
Performance Creative Strategy
  • Develop ad angles, hooks, and messaging frameworks
  • Build and manage a creative testing roadmap
  • Analyze creative performance and identify winning patterns
  • Partner with Performance Marketing to scale successful concepts
Founder & Organic Content Strategy
  • Develop content concepts for founders and leadership
  • Create repeatable content series and storytelling formats
  • Translate customer pain points into engaging content ideas
UGC & Influencer Creative Strategy
  • Develop creator briefing frameworks
  • Identify high-performing influencer and UGC formats
  • Support content repurposing across paid and organic channels
Campaign Messaging
  • Translate product functionality into compelling customer benefits
  • Support launch campaigns with clear messaging strategies
  • Align creative concepts with business objectives


Your profile

Who You Are
  • 3–6 years of experience in creative strategy, performance creative, growth marketing, or content strategy
  • Strong understanding of paid social creative performance
  • Analytical thinker with excellent storytelling skills
  • Experience working with Meta, TikTok, and creator-led content
  • Comfortable interpreting performance data and turning insights into creative concepts
  • Able to balance brand considerations with growth objectives
  • Experience in DTC, fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands is a plus
