At Kettelsen Group (TN Visa Advisors, Kettelsen International Recruiting, and Panyeah), we arecurrently seeking a Outbound Sales Development Representative. This role is focused on generating and developingnew business opportunities with U.S. companies, building strong clientrelationships, and supporting the growth of our recruiting and immigrationservices. The ideal candidateis highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with strong communicationand negotiation skills, experience in sales or business development, and theability to identify client needs and present tailored solutions. We offer ongoingtraining, close support, well-defined processes, and a strong culture ofattention to detail. Advanced English is required.
Responsibilities
·       Proactively engage potential clients through coldoutreach, marketing initiatives, and innovative sales strategies.
·       Ability to schedule a video call with prospectleads to sell the service in full.
·       Build and maintain the Sales Playbook,including messaging, objection handling, and conversion workflows.
·       Leverage sales technologies such as Lusha and CRM tools to source leads and execute 100+ outbound calls per day.
·       Develop and execute strategies to identifyand secure new business opportunities, targeting both corporate andindividual clients.
·       Expand the company’s footprint across Hospitality,Farming, Engineering, Manufacturing, and related industries,delivering tailored staffing and immigration solutions.
·       Lead consultative sales conversations to assess client needs and refine staffing workflows for efficiency andresults.
·       Establish and maintain pricing frameworks,manage an up-to-date prospect database, and actively support recruiting effortstied to client demand.
·       Collaborate closely with the TalentAcquisition team to ensure timely and seamless talent placement.
·       Build, manage, and nurture long-term clientand contractor relationships while staying informed on industry trends throughsocial and professional channels.
·       Provide timely, high-quality client supportand manage lead and client communications across multiple platforms.
·       Represent the company at U.S.conferences and industry events, supporting service promotion andproviding informed, high-level consultations on immigration-related processes.





Requirements

Candidate Profile
·       Proven sales professional with strong negotiation skills and a results-driven, adaptable mindset.
·       Solid understanding of Hospitality,Farming, Manufacturing, and Engineering sectors, with a naturalaptitude for cold outreach.
·       Proactive networker, comfortable identifying,attending, and recommending relevant industry conferences and events.
·       Fluent in English. Outgoingand confident communicator with exceptional bilingual fluency inEnglish and Spanish.
·       Proficient in Microsoft Office,Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Calendly, Lusha, and modern salestools; capable of recommending process and system improvements.
·       Bachelor’s degree required.
·       Eligible to travel to the United States (visapreferred; support may be provided if needed).
·       Open to a full-time, remote role with a performance-based commission structure.


Benefits

Location: This position is based in Mexico and offers a remote(home office) work arrangement.
Travel: U.S. conferences& events (10%)
