Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 per year
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Integration Lead with strong Salesforce development and integration expertise to lead end-to-end solution delivery. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, integration patterns, application architecture, and DevOps practices. This role involves technical leadership, solution design, stakeholder collaboration, and mentoring development teams to deliver scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development using Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing models.
  • Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns including synchronous, asynchronous, and event-driven integrations.
  • Experience with DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, release management, branching strategies, and deployment automation.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, performance optimization, and governor limit management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.

  • Support effort estimation, sprint planning, release planning, and delivery commitments.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Business Analysts, Administrators, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to development processes, deployment automation, and platform governance.
  • Participate in production issue resolution and system performance optimization activities.
Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Service Cloud Consultant Certification.
  • Experience with Git, Jira, Jenkins, and automation pipelines.
  • Exposure to Salesforce DevOps, monitoring, logging, and debugging tools.
  • Experience leading offshore/onshore development teams and enterprise-scale Salesforce programs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams.
  • Excellent documentation and technical design skills.
