The Role

As an Account Executive / Account Partner for Veeva's R&D, Quality, and Vault Cloud solutions, you will drive growth across the Life Sciences Contract Services, Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO), and Generics markets. As part of a foundational team, you will be responsible for generating opportunities, winning new business, and building strategic customer relationships while helping organizations modernize operations through innovative cloud technology.

You will be responsible for generating opportunities, winning business, and managing strategic relationships.

A strong understanding of the life science industry, the enterprise software sales cycle, and a passion for making market changes with innovative technology are ideal. You should have at least 5 years of experience in cloud-based enterprise software sales or consultative selling, with a proven track record of sales success.


What You’ll Do

  • Requirements
  • 5+ years of combined experience in sales and/or consulting, with min. 2 years in the life sciences space.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Consultative Sales experience with Life Science Software Solutions.
  • Strategic account planning and execution skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with a wide range of customers from end users to C-level.
  • Must be highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision.
  • A passion for solving customer business problems.

  • Background in Quality or Manufacturing.
  • Existing network within the life sciences ecosystem.
  • Understanding R&D software solutions across Quality, Regulatory, Clinical and Safety areas.

  • Compensation
  • Base pay: $80,000 - $300,000
  • The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
