Deine Aufgaben

  • Erstellung, Aufbereitung und Weiterentwicklung medizinisch-wissenschaftlicher Inhalte für die Medudy-Plattform

  • Entwicklung von Schulungskonzepten, Lerninhalten und Content-Formaten für verschiedene medizinische Zielgruppen

  • Analyse, Strukturierung und verständliche Aufbereitung komplexer medizinischer Studien, Fachartikel und Daten

  • Eigenständige Recherche medizinischer Themen sowie Identifikation relevanter Inhalte für unsere Zielgruppen

  • Didaktische Optimierung von Inhalten für digitale Lernformate und Video-Content

  • Erstellung von Skripten, Lernmaterialien und weiteren Educational Content Assets

  • Durchführung von Faktenchecks, Korrekturlesen und Qualitätssicherung medizinischer Inhalte

  • Pflege von Quellenverzeichnissen und Sicherstellung wissenschaftlicher Standards

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit medizinischen Expert:innen, Kund:innen sowie internen Teams aus Projektmanagement, Design und Medical Illustration

  • Begleitung von Kundenprojekten, Feedbackschleifen und Freigabeprozessen

  • Kontinuierliche Beobachtung medizinischer Entwicklungen, Leitlinien und Trends

  • Mitgestaltung neuer KI-gestützter Workflows für Medical Content und Medical Education

  • Entwicklung, Testing und Optimierung von Prompts, Prozessen und Standards für den Einsatz von KI

  • Unterstützung beim Aufbau einer skalierbaren AI-First-Content-Produktion für medizinische Fort- und Weiterbildung

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Humanmedizin, Pharmazie, Biologie, Chemie oder eines vergleichbaren Fachbereichs

  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Aufbereitung medizinisch-wissenschaftlicher Inhalte

  • Erfahrung in der Interpretation, Bewertung und kritischen Einordnung wissenschaftlicher Studien, Publikationen und medizinischer Daten

  • Fähigkeit, komplexe medizinische Themen verständlich, zielgruppengerecht und didaktisch sinnvoll aufzubereiten

  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise

  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen

  • Sicheres Auftreten und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern

  • Idealerweise Erfahrung als Medical Writer oder im Bereich Medical Education, Medical Marketing oder Medical Content

  • Interesse an digitalen Lernformaten und innovativen Bildungsangeboten

  • Sicherer Umgang mit KI-Tools wie ChatGPT, Claude oder vergleichbaren Anwendungen

  • Begeisterung für die Weiterentwicklung KI-gestützter Content- und Rechercheprozesse

  • Fähigkeit, die Qualität medizinischer Inhalte kritisch zu bewerten und wissenschaftliche Standards sicherzustellen

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
