Remote Position
In this role, the National Sales Manager is responsible for contracting Master Service Agreements with emerging food service brands, large regional accounts, and assigned national account opportunities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, negotiate and close high value contract opportunities
- Develop proposals for present to prospective chain prospects of 75+ locations
- Maintain customer and prospect relationships through proactive communication and a pipeline management system
- Manage and initiate complex proposals and service agreements for new and existing customers.
- Successfully achieve sales targets as established by senior leadership
- Directly manage all aspects of the premier account prospect pipeline and provide accurate / timely forecasts and status updates on an ongoing basis
- Utilize Company’s sales tools and prospect white space list to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with the corporate office staff and all cross departmental teammates

Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- Five or more years outside sales experience
- Creative and skilled sales leader who has experience in business-to-business sales, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry
- Results oriented sales leader with a proven record of exceeding sales targets, who possesses strong work ethic, and excellent sales, negotiation, communication and people skills
- Strong problem solving, analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Proficient computer skills. MS office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel up to 35% of the time throughout the U.S.
