Job description

Paradise Architectural PANELS & STEEL is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Research Engineer to join our team. As a leading manufacturer of architectural panels and steel products, we are committed to innovation and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct research and development activities related to architectural panels and steel products

- Design and develop new products and processes, and improve existing ones

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new products and processes

- Conduct experiments and tests to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement

- Analyze data and present findings to management and other stakeholders

- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in materials and technologies

- Participate in product design reviews and provide technical insights and recommendations

- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and external partners for research and development collaborations

- Write technical reports and documentation to support product development and improvement

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards

- Provide technical support to production and quality control teams as needed

- Assist with the preparation of patent applications and other intellectual property protection efforts

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, Materials Science, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in research and development, preferably in the manufacturing industry

- Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and product design principles

- Experience with CAD software and simulation tools

- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods

- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of successful project management and execution

- Familiarity with patent laws and intellectual property protection is a plus
