The Quality Review Specialist will be responsible for below specific duties.
Your specific duties will include:
Monitor a pipeline of loans to ensure critical documents are received in a timely manner for disbursement and Service Level Agreement target support.
Communicate with local offices, notaries, and Signing Providers to obtain signed documents promptly.
Complete Compliance Reviews to confirm funds are collected, documents are accurate, signatures are obtained, and acknowledgements and legal descriptions are correct within critical document sets.
Identify and resolve defects discovered during Compliance Reviews prior to disbursement.
Support outlier tasks and additional process-related responsibilities as needed.
Required qualifications for the position include:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of mortgage recording requirements.
Excellent customer service skills when interacting with offices, clients, and customers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work within tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
Ability to become an expert in lender guidelines.
Experience working in a fast-paced mortgage or lending environment
Pay Rate Range:$20.97 - $22.22 per hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
