E-commerce Support & Automation Assistant

Our client, European Leather Works, operates in the E-commerce industry.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Manage order processing and customer service across Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Michaels, Etsy, and Faire
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues via email
  3. Monitor and manage existing AI agents/automations, including handling workflow edge cases (training will be provided)
  4. Coordinate daily communication and task updates through WhatsApp, Slack, and ClickUp

Qualifications:
β€’ Experience managing multiple e-commerce marketplaces
β€’ Experience in customer service and order processing
β€’ Ability to manage communications and workflows across multiple tools

Technical Requirements:
β€’ USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
β€’ Working Webcam
β€’ Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
β€’ Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
β€’ Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Salary Package
