Responsibilities

  • Co-create the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, and adaptation to performance reviews and talent management
  • Act as a sparring partner for managers on leadership topics, team dynamics, and people-related decision-making
  • Oversee performance management processes including PIPs and sensitive situations when they arise
  • Participate in the development of people through workshops, training, and various learning activities

Job description

Advises managers and employees on P&C matters and leadership issues. Supports core P&C processes.

 

Na tejto pozícii budeš kľúčovým HR partnerom pre manažérov a tímy vo vybraných biznis jednotkách. Tvojou úlohou bude prepájať ľudí a biznis tak, aby HR reálne pomáhalo dosahovať výsledky – nie len plnilo procesy.


Čo budeš robiť

  • Spolutvoríš celý employee lifecycle – od náboru, onboardingu a adaptácie až po performance review, talent management a pravidelné 1:1s manažérmi
  • Budeš blízko manažérom ako ich sparring partner pri témach leadershipu, tímovej dynamiky a rozhodovaní v oblasti ľudí
  • Zastrešíš performance management procesy vrátane PIP a citlivých situácií, ak nastanú
  • Zapojíš sa do rozvoja ľudí – workshopy, tréningy a rôzne learning aktivity
  • Budeš pomáhať formovať kultúru, engagement a otvorenú internú komunikáciu
  • Pracuješ na HR projektoch a iniciatívach, ktoré zlepšujú fungovanie celej organizácie

Čo by si mal/-a priniesť

  • Minimálne 2 roky skúseností v HR alebo recruitmente
  • Nemecký jazyk na pokročilej úrovni (hovorený aj písomný prejav), dobrá znalosť anglického jazyka
  • Proaktívny mindset – vidíš riešenia, nie prekážky
  • Silné komunikačné a partnerské skills naprieč rôznymi úrovňami organizácie
  • Schopnosť prioritizovať, pracovať samostatne a dotiahnuť veci do výsledku
  • Vzťah k informačným systémom a toolom

Mzda:
