What you’ll do

Helping to support strategy development across production and plant operations, you’ll be responsible for managing all operational activities across multiple shifts, leading and developing your production team, and ensuring quality, safety and efficiency targets are consistently met.

You’ll also:

  • Coordinate production operations across multiple shifts, maintaining schedules within established procedures and budgets

  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators including production, quality, variance and safety reports

  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Maintenance, Logistics and Customer Services to align activities and ensure output targets are met

  • Ensure all operations comply fully with HSE and quality rules, regulations and procedures

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimise process efficiency and effectiveness

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is responsible, accountable and ready to Own this role. Someone who is confident and credible, with the ability to lead a team of up to 30 people across day and 24/7 shifts, and inspire respect through your actions.

You’ll also need:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years’ experience, or Master’s degree with 2–4 years’ experience in a production or operations environment

  • Proven experience managing multi-shift production operations

  • Strong people management skills: selecting, coaching, motivating and developing operational teams

  • Solid understanding of HSE and quality compliance in a manufacturing setting

  • Good analytical skills with experience monitoring KPIs and production reporting

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Maintenance and Logistics teams

  • Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment with a focus on continuous improvement
