About the job

We are looking for an Analyst to join our People & Culture team and support data-driven People initiatives that enhance overall experience and talent management.

You will provide essential support across the people lifecycle working closely with People Strategic Managers and cross-functional teams to detect early insights and contribute to a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities

Onboarding and Orientation

  • Assist in coordinating the onboarding and orientation process to ensure new hires receive the necessary information and resources while creating an engaging experience.

  • Provide logistical and administrative support for onboarding sessions and initial training.

  • Conduct onboarding surveys and follow-up conversations to identify initial insights, escalating key findings to People Strategic Managers to support improvements.

Policy Compliance and Documentation

  • Coordinate documentation process and compliance with internal policies with the People Operations Specialist.

  • Maintain People & Culture Confluence pages, ensuring clear communication of existing policies and processes.

Training and Development Coordination

  • Track completion of mandatory training modules and maintain accurate records of personnel training status.

  • Analyze training surveys, escalating key findings to People Strategic Managers to support improvements.

Engagement and Support

  • Support engagement initiatives defined by the People Strategic Management.

  • Analyze Annual Engagement Survey, escalating key findings to People Strategic Managers to support improvements.

  • Collaborate with Internal communication to foster People Engagement.

Data and Reporting

  • Oversee and implement module workflows to optimize the use of the Core, Talent, and Learning modules on HiBob.

  • Maintain People metrics on HiBob

  • Prepare periodic reports with insights and trends according to Business needs
