Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to understand and document business needs, processes, and requirements.
• Elicit and document user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria aligned with agile principles.
• Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions to ensure clarity and prioritization of work.
• Partner with underwriting, claims, policy administration, and billing teams to streamline processes and implement digital solutions.
• Analyze and improve insurance workflows (e.g., policy issuance, claims management, renewals, endorsements, compliance).
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by developing test scenarios and ensuring requirements traceability.
• Maintain alignment between business goals and technical solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance and data accuracy.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for automation or digital enhancement.
• Work closely with QA, developers, and solution architects to ensure successful feature delivery.

Required Skills:

• Need experienced Agile Business Analyst (BA) with a strong background in the insurance industry.
• The Agile BA will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure delivery of customer-focused insurance solutions.
• Need experience working in an agile environment as well.
