SAP Functional Architect - Remote // NJ
Role Descriptions: Coordinate with all stakeholders / SAP and lead the team to address SAP S/4 version 2020 support. Represent all functional modules (RTR| PTP| OTC| WM| TM etc.) and get the issues addressed related to S/4 version plus keep governance on the production deployments. Collaborates with cross-functional teams| business leaders| and IT staff to ensure solutions meet business objectives and secure buy-in for initiatives related to current S/4 version related queries. Establishes and enforces global SAP policies| compliance standards (such as SOX)| and technology standards to ensure consistent and secure implementation across the organization. Defines Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)| analyzes SAP performance metrics| and provides ongoing support to managed service teams to resolve escalated incidents.
