Provide expertise to understand and analyse the customer’s Field Service Management requirements
Create functional specifications, user stories and user documentation
Help design solutions and advise suitable ways to best leverage the FSL platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, business requirements and company goals
Analyze functional challenges; develop recommendations and solutions for those problems, help implement those solutions, and assess the business impacts and results
Participate in the full software development life cycle from feasibility and requirement analysis to design, development, demo, testing and deployment
Conduct meetings with business teams to solicit the business requirements
Possess an overall understanding of the project solution from a functional aspect
Provide functional oversight & guidance in the implementation of a project solution
Provide recommendations/validations of the functional implementation of a solution
Provide thought leadership on FSM to customer & delivery teams
