About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Advanced Available-to-Promise Consultant to support a LATAM rollout covering Brazil and Argentina.
The professional will lead and execute the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA aATP within the Order-to-Cash process, ensuring alignment with the global template while addressing local statutory, tax, logistics, and e-invoicing requirements.
This role requires strong functional expertise in aATP and OTC processes, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, supply chain, sales, logistics, and tax/e-invoicing teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and execute SAP S/4HANA aATP activities for the LATAM rollout, covering Brazil and Argentina.
• Support the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of aATP within the Order-to-Cash process.
• Ensure solution alignment with the global SAP template and local statutory requirements.
• Act as the primary functional expert for aATP and OTC processes.
• Bridge business and IT teams across supply chain, sales, logistics, tax, and e-invoicing integrations.
• Plan and conduct fit-to-standard and fit-gap workshops for OTC and aATP processes.
• Define end-to-end solution design, process flows, business rules, and functional specifications.
• Configure SAP S/4HANA aATP, including check instructions, scope of check, and related availability check settings.
• Configure Backorder Processing strategies, variants, rules, and prioritization logic.
• Configure Product Allocation and Supply Protection scenarios.
• Configure Alternative-Based Confirmation, including product substitution, location substitution, and BRFplus rules.
• Support integration points with sales order processing, logistics execution, supply chain planning, tax localization, and electronic invoicing.
• Participate in unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Support cutover planning, go-live preparation, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Document solution design, configuration decisions, test scenarios, and process flows.
Required Qualifications
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Advanced Available-to-Promise.
• Solid functional knowledge of SAP Order-to-Cash processes.
• Hands-on experience configuring aATP functionalities in SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with Backorder Processing, Product Allocation, Supply Protection, and Alternative-Based Confirmation.
• Knowledge of BRFplus rules related to aATP scenarios.
• Experience in SAP rollout, localization, or template deployment projects.
• Experience working with Brazil and/or LATAM business processes.
• Understanding of integration points between OTC, logistics, supply chain, tax, and e-invoicing.
• Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, analyze gaps, and propose scalable solutions.
• Experience preparing functional specifications and supporting technical teams.
• Strong testing, defect management, and deployment support experience.
• Advanced English is required.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA rollouts in Brazil and Argentina.
• Knowledge of Brazilian tax localization and e-invoicing processes.
• Experience working in global template environments.
• Experience supporting high-volume sales, distribution, or order fulfillment environments.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
