Chef/Stew - Oyster 885

We are looking for a capable and adaptable Chef / Stew to join an Oyster 885 on an exceptional Southern Ocean programme.

Starting in Puerto Montt, Chile, the yacht will soon depart for an extended expedition through Patagonia, Antarctica, South Georgia and beyond.

This role suits someone who thrives at sea, delivering consistently high standards in a dynamic sailing environment.

The Role:

• Prepare high-quality meals both on passage and at anchor
  
• Manage provisioning for remote operations
  
• Maintain excellent interior standards
  
• Support the team with a flexible, positive approach
  

The Programme:

• Southern Ocean expedition (2026–2027)
  
• Remote cruising and expedition-style operations
  
• Future Pacific programme centred on diving
