About the Role

As the Sales Coordinator for Canada, you will be responsible for supporting sales in all activities for all Harman Lifestyle Audio Brands.  You will have to support and execute sales plans with our distribution partner to grow both sales and brand visibility

What You Will Do

  • Accountable for assigned fiscal year budgets by brand and categories
  • Work closely with Director of Sales in developing key account / territory sales plans to meet or exceed assigned budgets; qualify new product concepts with select key customers and provide sales input to the new product development process
  • Work closely with Distribution partner to support all sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Support all sales activities directly and in conjunction with sales leadership ad other Harman staff
  • Conduct regularly scheduled in-person business reviews and future planning with key customers to ensure alignment to budgets and strategies set by manager.
  • Instrumental in identifying key customer targets for new product launches and tracking commitments; responsible for monitoring and reporting relevant competitive activity in the marketplace
  • Maximize all revenue opportunities while minimizing financial risks to Harman and Customers
  • Develop and maintain 12 month rolling product forecasts (monthly); provide 6 month rolling projections on a weekly basis
  • Work closely with order processing team and supply chain to ensure timely customer order fulfillment
  • Contribute to the development of future product roadmaps
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to align on client strategies and goals
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively. 

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience
  • 4+ years sales experience in Consumer Electronics/Audio Channel

  • Self-Starter
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Well organized with ability to prioritize
  • Strong business acumen and presentation skills
  • Excellent product presentation skills

What Makes You Eligible

  • Be willing to travel up to 40% domestically or when required
  • Be willing to work in a home office, preferably in Montreal or Greater Toronto Area.
