Job description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Customer Relations and Digital Marketer. This role is a combination of managing customer relationships and promoting our brand through various digital marketing channels. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer experiences while utilizing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engage customers, and drive sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, etc.) and customer relations.
  • Strong understanding of customer relations, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, MailChimp, etc.).
  • Creative and strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to changing digital trends.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills.
  • Experience with paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) is a plus.
