Job Requirements:

  • Previous Customer Service experience in a Contact Centre An ability to learn multiple systems quickly (training will be provided).
  • High attention to detail Excellent telephone manner Advanced Computer Skills. 
  • Strong organisational skills Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Pass experience utilising Catch,eBay, Amazon online ecommerce platforms and systems.


Core responsibilities:

  • Completing customer concerns/requests at a minimum of 50 tickets solved per day.
  • Opening and resolving disputes within the appropriate time frame and within Australian Consumer Law. 
  • Provide a first-class experience to all KG customers.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and integrity of data and compliance.


Key Duties:

  • Being the first point of contact for customer sales.
  • Handling online and telephone customer inquiries.
  • Following up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with other members of the online team to resolve customer issues.
  • General administrative tasks as required.
  • You must be able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
