Job description

We are seeking a Principal Business Consultant specializing in loan and deposit solutions to join our client's team, you will act as a trusted advisor to our client's customers, leading strategic consulting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a strategic advisor to clients in the loan/deposit domain, understanding their business needs and providing expert guidance.
Lead the design and development of customized loan and deposit solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
Demonstrate deep expertise in loan processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
Stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies in the loan/deposit domain.
Lead and manage consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Mentor and guide junior consultants to foster growth and expertise within the team.
Contribute to developing thought leadership content, including training programs, articles, and presentations.

Requirements:

Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Banking, IT/Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in a consulting role focusing on the loan domain.
