Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Associate to support our client's daily operations and maintain relationships with key vendors and service providers. You will assist in managing processes, preparing essential documents, and ensuring smooth organizational functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in all aspects of daily operations, managing relationships with vendors and service providers (e.g., accountants, fund administrators, auditors, lawyers, banks, IT, etc.).
  • Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Maintain robust internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and drive process optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Operations with demonstrated project management skills.
  • Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and effective communication in a team-based setting.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proactive, intellectually curious, and thrives in a startup environment.
