Job Description:
Abacus is seeking a highly skilled and articulate Solution Architect to join our team. This role ideally would be based in our office, but we are open to remote candidates who are a good fit. The position requires English fluency to coordinate effectively with internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop technical solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients.
Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and RFP/RFI responses.
Provide technical support during the sales process to address client queries and concerns.
Design and architect solutions for API management and integrations.
Develop and implement API proxies, policies, and configurations.
Engage with clients to gather technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Present complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to diverse audiences.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and support teams, to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
Provide training and technical guidance to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:

Deep understanding of API Management, iPaaS, Developer Portals, Integrations, Custom Integrations, and related technologies.
Proven experience in solutions architecture within these domains.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically and strategically.
A smart, engaging professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Fluency in English is required.
