We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Adventure & Leisure Travel Consultant to join our growing travel team. In this fully remote role, you will work with clients to design personalized adventure and leisure travel experiences from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:

  • Itinerary Design: Create customized travel plans tailored to each client’s preferences, including adventure activities, leisure experiences, accommodations, transportation, and dining options.

  • Client Consultations: Conduct virtual meetings or calls with clients to gather travel interests, expectations, and budget details.

  • Supplier Coordination: Work with trusted tour operators, activity providers, and travel vendors to secure the best options and pricing for clients.

  • Booking Management: Oversee all travel bookings and confirmations, ensuring accuracy and a smooth planning process.

  • Customer Support: Provide support to clients throughout the planning process and during their trips, handling changes or emergencies with professionalism.

  • Travel Research: Stay current on adventure and leisure travel trends, destination updates, and seasonal offerings to enhance itinerary recommendations.

  • Post-Trip Engagement: Follow up with clients after their trips for feedback and encourage repeat bookings or referrals.
