Responsibilities:

• 📚 Stay knowledgeable about our products and community standards.
• ⚖️ Make well-balanced decisions and advocate effectively for our community.
• 💬 Exhibit strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with an emphasis on empathy.

• 🔍 Investigate and resolve issues reported on the social media platform, including account support and reports of abusive content.
• 📨 Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy.
• 💡 Use market-specific knowledge to develop scalable solutions for community support.
• 📊 Analyze data to improve the overall user experience.
• 🛡️ Enforce the company’s Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse.
• ⏱️ Review reported content within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
• 🛠️ Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest solutions.
• 📈 Recognize trends and escalate issues outside company policy to the global team.

Experience:

• 💼 Up to 1 year of experience in a Business Process Outsourcing environment or a comparable service/process management environment.
• 🌍 High affinity and cultural awareness of the political and social situation relevant to the market/region supported.
• 🇮🇹 Italian speaker (C2) with very good communication skills in English (at least B2 level).

Requirements:

• 🇪🇺 EU nationality or Greek residence permit.
• 🎓 High school diploma.
• 🕒 Availability to work in shifts (40 hours per week, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day) between Monday-Sunday, 7 am-10 pm.

Benefits:

• ✈️ Relocation package including paid flight to Greece, airport pick-up, administration assistance (tax number, bank account, etc.), 2 weeks paid in a hotel, and help from an agency to find an apartment.
• 💰 Gross monthly salary plus a monthly performance bonus
• 🕰️ Rotational shifts (40 hours per week, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day)
