Position: Corporate Healthcare Professionals Survey – Healthcare Operations & Strategy Insights
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50/hour
Location: Remote (United States)
Duration: Approximately 30 minutes

Role Responsibilities

• Complete a structured 30-minute online survey.
• Share insights from day-to-day professional responsibilities and organisational workflows.
• Provide feedback on operational processes, technology adoption, communication, analytics, customer/member experience, or strategic initiatives.
• Discuss common challenges faced within large healthcare organisations.
• Offer perspectives on how AI tools may improve efficiency, decision-making, and collaboration across healthcare functions.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Currently employed at a large healthcare, health services, insurance, pharmacy benefits, or managed care organisation.
• Experience working within enterprise healthcare or health services environments.
• Familiarity with organisational workflows, operational processes, or cross-functional collaboration.
• Comfortable participating in a structured research survey.
• Able to independently complete a 30-minute online survey.
