Position: Healthcare Back-Office Specialist — Document Understanding
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60–$70/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI performance on tasks involving medical records, billing codes (ICD-10, CPT), and insurance claims.
• Review complex clinical documentation and health information management for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI systems' understanding of medical document comprehension.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance training data quality and model performance.
• Work independently and asynchronously to contribute expertise on your own schedule.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Experience as a clinic or hospital back-office manager.
• Hands-on familiarity with electronic health records and medical billing workflows.
• Deep understanding of healthcare administration.
