Position: Business strategy & management (Meridian)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $90–$150/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Design LLM prompts and evaluate model outputs to enhance business strategies.
• Develop and implement rubric-style tasks for effective strategy management.
• Collaborate with strategy/ops leaders to align business objectives with AI capabilities.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI model performance and strategic outcomes.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Experience in management consulting or corporate strategy.
• Confidence in designing LLM prompts.
• Ability to evaluate model outputs effectively.
