Position Summary

We are looking for an Enrollment Marketing Specialist to join the Member Marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Member Marketing, this role will support the strategy, execution, and optimization of enrollment campaigns that drive member engagement and program adoption. This role partners cross-functionally to deliver data-driven, scalable marketing communications that support client goals, improve conversion outcomes, and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, analytical marketer with experience managing complex campaigns in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Support the member enrollment (recruitment) marketing strategy and execution for Cylinder’s clients, including client-specific communications planning, campaign management, and performance tracking

  • Manage the recruitment communications calendar and report out on key campaign metrics, leveraging data, A/B testing, and performance insights to optimize engagement, scalability, and conversion outcomes

  • Partner cross-functionally with Client Success, Marketing Ops, and Data teams to deliver impactful campaigns that drive awareness, support client goals, and contribute to annual revenue targets

  • Identify opportunities to improve and scale processes to increase operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness

  • Lead client-facing communication initiatives by pitching strategies, presenting campaign plans and assets, and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients

Required Qualifications

  • Comfortable presenting in front of groups of all sizes

  • Self-directed, highly organized, and ability to prioritize
