Job description

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

Role Overview

The Sales Representative will spearhead outbound lead generation efforts, building and nurturing B2B relationships to grow the corporate gifting program. This role is responsible for identifying qualified prospects, converting them into long-term clients, and collaborating cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach and campaign performance. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-oriented, and energized by the opportunity to make a measurable impact in a growing, mission-driven organization.

Fully Remote (Work from Home) | 9AM - 5PM EST

 
 

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Lead Generation

  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate and qualify B2B leads.

  • Identify and pursue corporate gifting opportunities, with particular focus on seasonal campaigns and holiday periods.

 

Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects by providing tailored product information and solutions.

  • Maintain consistent follow-up cadences to move leads through the pipeline efficiently.

 

CRM & Record Keeping

  • Maintain organized records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups using a CRM system.

  • Ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks through disciplined pipeline management.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and continuously improve outreach strategies.

  • Contribute to campaign planning and performance optimization across seasonal initiatives.

 

Qualifications — Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation; B2B experience is a strong plus.

  • You build strong relationships that lead to repeat orders and long-term partnerships.

  • You maintain organized CRM records and follow-up processes, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.

  • You collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize messaging and campaign performance.
