Your role in our team
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Cybersecurity Specialist with experience in leading engineers to become a part of our team. In this role, you will be working with subject matter experts across the entire organization on various cybersecurity tasks and activities, with the goal of security of our products, systems, and services, while being responsible for leading professionals in the team as well.
As a Cybersecurity Specialist with a Team lead responsibility, you will play a key role in supporting the team's efforts to secure and protect the products, systems and services that Terma provide. You will work closely with seasoned specialists, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to significant projects.
You will be joining an energetic and innovative team within our Cyber & Quantum Technology department. Our team is relatively young, comprising individuals passionate about cybersecurity and technology. How you will make a meaningful contribution
Your key responsibilities include:

- Technical Execution: Develop and implement security measures to protect products and systems, while collaborating across teams to strengthen security practices, respond to incidents, and support security awareness
- Leading the team: you are partially responsible for managing professionals in the team
- System Architecture Design: Collaborate with system architects to design and implement secure systems that meet regulatory and customer requirements.
- Software Development: Contribute to the creation of security tools and applications to enhance our cybersecurity capabilities
- Threat Analysis and Mitigation: Continuously monitor and analyze security threats and vulnerabilities to our products
- Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation for security policies, procedures, and protocols
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in cybersecurity.

- Software Development Skills: Proficiency in developing, testing, and deploying software solutions
- Documentation Writing Skills: Ability to produce clear and detailed technical documentation
- Education: Possess a Masters degree in Computer Science, Electronics or similar. A Ph.D. or advanced degree is an advantage, but not a requirement.
