Job description

Ascendix Technologies is an AI and Real Estate Technology partner founded in 1997 and headquartered in the United States, in Dallas, Texas. The company has branch offices in Poland, Portugal, and Ukraine, and distributed teams all over Europe, as we cooperate remotely since 2020.

We help commercial real estate teams spend less time managing systems and more time closing deals - backed by 16+ years of hands-on experience in real estate and a full stack of AI, Salesforce, and custom development built for real estate workflows. Trusted by industry leaders who rely on us for their most critical software development initiatives.

We're looking for an Internal Communications Specialist - someone who makes internal life at a tech company actually worth paying attention to.
Most people coordinate events. You create experiences people actually remember. You're proactive by nature, creative by default, and organised enough to pull it all off solo. You thrive in a dynamic environment, and ambiguity doesn't scare you - it gives you space to build something original.

Sound like you? Here's what we're looking for.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in event coordination, internal communications, PR, or project management.
  • Proven ability to run projects independently - full cycle, from concept to post-event analysis.
  • Strong written and spoken English (B2+) - writing copy and communicating confidently at events and meetings.
  • Experience designing and facilitating engaging formats (events, workshops, knowledge sessions).
  • Experience collecting, analysing, and reporting on event or engagement metrics.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Trello, Notion, Miro or similar).
  • Ability to create basic visual content (Canva, CapCut, Inshot or similar).
  • Active AI tool user (Claude, Chat GPT, Notion AI or similar).
  • Comfortable working in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Would be a plus:

  • Experience with branded merch and gift production, vendor coordination.
  • Familiarity with internal communications strategy and channel management.
  • Employer brand or community management experience.
  • Experience running hackathons, tech competitions, or gamified formats.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and facilitate tech events, knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, hackathons, tech games, and competitions - full cycle from concept to post-event analysis.
  • Collaborate with tech and non-tech direction owners to co-create and run meaningful engagement formats; sync regularly to align on topics, formats, and audience needs.
  • Build and maintain the tech & engagement events calendar; define and track effectiveness metrics.
  • Write and publish internal content: announcements, event materials, monthly digests, and engagement campaigns.
  • Manage internal communication channels, track performance, and propose improvements.
  • Organize team-building activities: format selection, vendor communication, logistics, facilitation, and feedback collection.
  • Develop concepts and manage production of branded merchandise and gifts; coordinate vendors within budget and deadlines.
  • Contribute to internal communications strategy and employer brand initiatives as needed

Real ownership, room to experiment, and a team that appreciates people who make things happen. If that sounds like your environment - apply. We're excited to meet you.
