Requirements:

  • Process incoming mail, email, and faxes (i.e., discounts, driver change requests, cancellations, mortgagee requests including providing evidence of insurance, etc.)
  • Answer insureds’ calls regarding claims, payments, and change of address
  • Upload policy revisions via policy portals
  • Coordinate Dealer Desk functions, including exchanging information with insureds, car dealers, banks, etc. to facilitate vehicle changes
  • Build professional relationships with coworkers, agents and industry contacts
  • Process incoming checks, including uploading payment information via payment portals
  • Apply effective date of discount and ensure proper documentation is received
  • Correct errors on returned mail in a timely and effective manner
  • Send correspondence to insureds
  • Crosstrain in other Agency Support functions; backup to other teams as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

Schedule: Remote Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm


What you will do:

  • Process incoming mail, email, and faxes (i.e., discounts, driver change requests, cancelations, mortgagee requests including providing evidence of insurance, etc.).
  • Answer insureds’ calls regarding claims, payments, and change of address.
  • Upload policy revisions via policy portals.
