Job description

Duration: 6 months contract

Job Description:
  • We're seeking an analytically driven professional to help shape how paid social performance is measured, reported, and optimized across multiple business lines.
  • Looking for professionals from Enterprise in-house teams, agencies, consulting firms, or technology-focused organizations with deep social analytics expertise.
  • This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys transforming complex marketing data into actionable business insights while building scalable reporting solutions that empower stakeholders to make smarter decisions.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting solutions
  • Develop automated reporting workflows and performance scorecards
  • Consolidate data across multiple social and marketing platforms
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights
  • Monitor reporting accuracy, governance, taxonomy, and data quality
  • Identify measurement gaps and recommend process improvements
  • Translate complex datasets into clear business recommendations
  • Support ongoing optimization of paid social investments and campaign performance

Experience:
  • 5+ years in social analytics, digital marketing analytics, performance reporting, or measurement roles
  • Experience supporting large, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders
  • Hands-on Sprinklr expertise (campaigns, dashboards, reporting, governance)
  • Strong understanding of paid social measurement and reporting methodologies
  • Experience working with enterprise-scale social marketing programs
  • Paid social analytics across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and similar channels
  • Dashboard development and reporting automation
  • Data visualization and performance measurement
  • Strong stakeholder management and consulting mindset.
