- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including active sourcing, candidate engagement, interviews, offer management, and contract preparation.
- Coordinate and deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, from preparation through follow-up.
- Support employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including contract amendments, leave-related topics, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and manage digital personnel records and ensure accurate HR documentation.
- Prepare employment-related documents, including contracts, addendums, termination agreements, and separation documentation.
- Contribute to the coordination and documentation of occupational health and safety initiatives.
- Continuously improve HR processes and support the development of practical, scalable people solutions.
