This is a remote position.

Location: Fully Remote (Europe)

Compensation: €2,000–€2,800 gross per month (based on experience)
Bonus Structure: €170 for every qualified meeting that takes place with a prospective client
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 15:00–23:00 CET/CEST

We are currently expanding an established outbound sales team supporting a fast-growing cybersecurity company serving enterprise clients across North America.

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise BDR with a proven track record of engaging Director, VP, and C-level stakeholders through outbound prospecting and cold calling. This opportunity is ideal for sales professionals who excel in phone-based outreach, enjoy speaking with senior decision-makers, and know how to turn conversations into qualified business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting into enterprise accounts across North America
  • Engage Directors, Vice Presidents, CISOs, CIOs, and other executive stakeholder
  • Generate and qualify opportunities through cold calling and strategic outreach
  • Schedule high-quality meetings for the Account Executive team
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to support pipeline growth
  • Work within a high-performance outbound environment supported by Nooks automated dialing technology
  • Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in HubSpot

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in BDR, SDR, Business Development, or outbound sales roles
  • Proven success booking meetings with Director, VP, and C-level stakeholders
  • Exceptional cold calling, communication, and objection-handling skills
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written
  • Experience selling to enterprise or mid-market organizations
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technology solutions
  • Experience within Cybersecurity, Identity Management, SaaS, Cloud, IT Services, or related technology sectors is strongly preferred
