What you’ll do:
Your main tasks and responsibilities are:
  • Recruiting international fleet personnel based on job interviews or in collaboration with crew agents.
  • Planning, organising and evaluating fleet personnel worldwide in consultation with the international project teams and ship management.
  • Payroll management of fleet personnel.
  • Communicating personnel-related information and following up on questions from fleet personnel to ensure good internal service provision.
  • Daily communication with crew, ship management and other internal departments involved in order to ensure good internal service provision.
  • Following up on the administration of the required sailing qualifications and documents and organising the necessary training courses.
What do you need?
You have a master's degree. As a school leaver, you are also eligible. You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English.
You are a real problem solver with strong communication skills and someone who enjoys working in a team. You also excel at setting priorities and planning and organising your tasks.
You are willing to work part-time (20%) from our office in Luxembourg.
